Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The family room was wonderful for 2 adults and 2 kids, offering 2 bathrooms, a play tent for the kids, and complimentary water each day. However, the rooms are a bit far from the shower. The service was exceptional with polite and attentive staff, but the experience at the restaurant was not ideal. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The dining experience was fabulous with a splendid variety of options. The facilities were top-notch.
The hotel had a perfect location, close to great dining options away from the crowded streets. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. While the dining experience was somewhat slow, the variety of choices made up for it. The facilities were top-notch, including access to the gym and spa facilities.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and offered lovely views, with some of the most comfortable beds we had during our trip. The free Wi-Fi for up to 5 devices was a great bonus. However, the dining options could be improved with a wider selection. The service was excellent, especially thanks to the helpful and friendly staff like Christina. The location was perfect, within walking distance of major landmarks, making it convenient for everyone, even my 78-year-old Mother.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were well-appointed and spacious, the service was outstanding, and the location was amazing. However, the dining experience was below average for a 5-star hotel. The facilities provided were excellent and added to the overall experience.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice, with a big closet and bathroom, but a bit small. The service was extremely helpful and courteous, making my experience even better. The location was ideal, surrounded by plenty of great restaurants and in a beautiful neighborhood of Rome. The dining options were good, offering a choice of buffet or customized dishes. The facilities were top-notch, adding convenience to my stay.
During my stay, the rooms were facing a dirty marquise above the main entrance and were small for the price of 680 euros per night, situated at the side of the building. The service, although accommodating and courteous for the smallest things, was handled by mostly teenagers who needed to look up information. The location was incredibly expensive but perfect for its proximity to major landmarks and wonderful restaurants, including a view of Rome. The dining experience, while below expectations for a 5-star luxury hotel, did offer a good variety and quality of food. The facilities at the hotel were adequate but not exceptional.
The rooms are nice with all the things you'd expect. I upgraded the room from a junior suite to a family room, and after moving to the 5th floor, everything was very good. The location is excellent, perfect for sightseeing and felt very safe for evening walks. However, the dining experience was below expectations for a luxury hotel.
I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The staff was perfect. However, the dining experience was below expectations. The location was great, very clean rooms, and the staff was very nice.
The hotel had a warm and inviting atmosphere, with beautiful rooms that were ready by noon. Opening the windows provided a cozy stay. The service was top-notch, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The location was ideal, away from the hustle and bustle but still within walking distance of key attractions. The dining options were fabulous, with a variety of buffet items and made-to-order delicacies. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall great experience.
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were of a very high standard, offering a bath with shower, one vanity basin, and toilet. The warm ambiance was lovely, though it got a bit too warm at times which made it a bit challenging to sleep, especially with jetlag upon arrival.
The hotel had nice Italian decoration in the rooms, but they were on the tiny side and lacked a view. Unfortunately, there was no A/C available despite the warm temperature in Rome. The service was incredibly helpful, especially the front door assistance. The location was perfect, near major attractions and in a lovely neighborhood. The dining experience offered a splendid variety but was a bit slow. Facilities were lacking in terms of modern amenities.
I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The upgrade from a junior suite to a family room upon arrival was wonderful. The service was not very attentive or helpful, even for essential things like omelettes or boiled eggs, but the staff were quick to fix any problems and provide missing items for the room. The location was fantastic, near great attractions like the Spanish Steps and Borghese Gallery in a quiet area perfect for relaxing. The dining options were fabulous, with a wide selection of buffet items and fresh made-to-order choices like French toast and pancakes. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement in service.
The hotel had some positives like super professional and very accommodating service, exceptional location, and high-quality dining options; however, there were some areas like the lack of A/C in the rooms and limited breakfast choices that were below expectations.
The hotel offered warm and clean rooms with free WiFi for multiple devices. While breakfast was a bit slow and unexciting, opening the windows helped regulate the room temperature since there was no AC available on warm days in Rome.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were beautiful but not as expected initially, though the situation improved after our complaint. The service was exceptional, especially at the front desk. The location was superb, close to major attractions. The dining experience was good overall, with a variety of tasty options. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a great stay.
