Reviews and Ratings
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were top-notch with all the amenities you'd expect from a four-star hotel. However, my room was on the second floor near the lift, which made a horrible noise every time it operated. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to help us arrange transport to Ninh Binh and ensuring our short stay in Hanoi was truly memorable. The location was a mix of experiences, allowing me to witness ordinary street life in Hanoi while being within the Old Quarters. On the downside, the hotel was difficult to find and not reachable by car, requiring a walk through several uncomfortable streets, especially with suitcases. The dining experience was not up to par for a four-star hotel, with limited choices and not very fresh-looking options. But on the bright side, the hotel was close to Hoan Kiem Lake, amazing restaurants, and a lively evening market.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit small but had large comfy beds, which was a plus. The service was friendly overall, but I wished they could have provided better guidance for traveling to Halong Bay and the Airport. The location was fabulous by the Cathedral, Lake, and old quarter, making it convenient for exploring. The dining options were tasty with a good range, but could have been slightly better with more hot choices. The facilities were decent but nothing extraordinary.
What a gem in the heart of Hanoi! The hotel offers modern and clean rooms with fantastic amenities, friendly and helpful staff, and a location that is excellent for exploring the city. However, there were some letdowns in the service quality and the small size of the location.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated with a quiet atmosphere, but some language barrier issues affected the service quality. The location offered great access to local street food and nearby attractions, though some eye sores were present. The dining experience was decent but somewhat limited. Facilities were good overall.
My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms, although not very big, were very clean and comfortable, located conveniently near St Joseph Cathedral. The silence was a definite plus for a peaceful rest.
